Just thought I’d mention that you can now buy Organic, extra virgin coconut oil at Costco. I don’t have the price in front of me but I do know that it is even cheaper (per ounce) than this deal. I don’t know how long they have been selling it as I just found it quite recently. I am very pleased with it.

Ok, I was at Costco today. The price for the coconut oil is $15.99.
I also discovered that they sell almond butter (ingredients – only roasted almonds) for about $6 a jar ($4 a lb). I don’t think I can make it much cheaper than that!
And they sell organic quinoa for around $2.60 a pound which is much, much cheaper than Shop Rite.
oh i got that quinoa actually. it is really good!!!!! good to know about the coconut oil. i will have to have a friend pick that up for me.
